Quail Tail began in 2020 with 35 designs and a single laser engraver. What started as a maker’s creative spark quickly became a trusted destination for engraved knives with lasting meaning.

Inspired by the earthy beauty of wood and the precision of laser engraving, each knife is made in small batches using olive wood and stainless steel. No two handles are the same. Every piece is engraved one or two at a time in Georgia to ensure quality and character.
